The apartment, fully equipped to make you feel at home, has a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere of this listed building Historical Cultural Heritage The Corral del Conde is one of the most singular of the city of Seville, classified as Cultural Historical Heritage. Built as a neighbor's house, the houses are arranged in an L shape, with three floors, around a common courtyard presided over by a delicious fountain. There is news of the existence of this Corral since the sixteenth century. Property of the Count of Olivares, hence its name, in the seventeenth century, its inhabitants animated the streets with parties and jingles. The atmosphere of peace and tranquility that is breathed in this unique building contrasts with the hustle and bustle of the city center where it is located. Therefore, when crossing the entrance door of the Corral, you will be transported to a place that seems to be hundreds of miles and years from the center of Seville. Guests have access to the apartment's entrance area, located in the magnificent Corral garden. There they have a table and chairs, where they can sit for lunch, dine, have a snack or simply have a glass of wine, enjoying the feeling of escape and relaxation of being in a unique location. In the same way, you can walk freely through the fabulous central courtyard of the building. The apartment, despite being in a quiet street in the historic center of Seville, is located in one of the most active and dynamic areas of the city. A few minutes away, you will find the main shopping areas of Seville, as well as a multitude of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy excellent Sevillian gastronomy, singularly its world-famous tapas. The historical center of Seville is one of the largest pedestrian centers in the world, so Ideally, you must walk on foot. In any case, 3 minutes from the apartment, for those arriving by car, there is a car park where you can park your car safely.

  • - You should take care of the apartment as if it was your own.
  • - Between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am is considered quiet time. Please respect the rest of the neighbors, moderating the tone of voice, the volume of the TV, and music devices.
  • - Please have maximum respect for the common areas; leaving them as you find them and respecting the rules that govern their operation.
  • - Please make a rational use of the electrical appliances, particularly the heating/cooling systems, leave these disconnected when you are not home.
  • - It is important to check that the electric appliances stay disconnected on its use ends
  • - Make sure that when leaving the apartment the keys are not left in the lock inside, if this happens, it would require the assistance of a professional, whose fees would be charged to the guest.
  • - For security reasons, building entrance door must be closed each time you enter/exit the building.
  • - It is requested that once you finish your stay when leaving, turn off all the lights, disconnect all of the electrical appliances, turn off the gas, leave the key sets on top of the table in the living room and make sure the door is closed.
  • - Upon arriving at the apartment, in compliance with current legislation, all persons over 16 years old will be required to submit their documentation to the person meeting them so that they can complete the part of travelers required by the National Police and that their guests must sign.
  • - It is not allowed to have people staying overnight who have not been properly registered. It is a violation of Spanish laws and may entail fines
  • - Local laws don´t allow hanging clothes on the balcony or on the building façade.
